BankLink delivers secure, electronic copies of your bank statements directly from the bank to us. This information can be used by us to code and complete your GST returns OR be forwarded onto you for you to do the same.
Not only does BankLink provide quick, accurate information for GST returns, but it also gives you a range of management report options to track how your business is performing. Using BankLink will allow you to spend more time running your business. It will also make preparing your annual financial accounts a lot easier which is more cost effective for you.
Is BankLink secure?
Electronic copies of your bank statements are sent to us under the strictest security measures. The transaction is in an encrypted form and cannot be accessed by anyone other than us. This is a lot securer than sending bank statements by post! Your relationship with your bank does not change. You still receive your printed bank statements from your bank as usual.

Over 2,800 accountancy practices in New Zealand and Australia use BankLink.
All major banks are supplying data through BankLink and more and more other financial institutions like building societies, credit cards, credit unions and rural suppliers are doing the same.
Installation, Training and Support
If you are interested in using Banklink we provide installation, training and support options, which we are happy to discuss with you. There is a small ongoing charge for using BankLink, but this is likely to be far outweighed by the cost savings to you on our time which would have been spent manually sorting and entering the information you give to us.
